BOOKING AND PAYMENT

Minimum booking deposit £150 per week, with balance paid 4 weeks before arrival.
Full balance required if booking made with 5 weeks of arrival.

Cheques should be made payable to Mr.S.Mayhew.
We do ask that any correspondence with us includes your required property and dates.
Please write your property choice and dates on reverse of cheques sent.

We can accept payment by electronic bank transfer. i.e. BAC or you can pay money over counter in any Nationwide Building Society branch. Please follow instructions on "Book Now".

ACCESS

• Arrival and departure day is Sunday, on weekly lettings.
• Accommodation arrival should be between 3pm to 5pm. (Other arrival times are available on request.)
• The property must be vacated by 10am on day of departure
• Arrivals during normal daytime hours. We must be notified of, and agree to accept possible late arrivals.

CANCELLATION TERMS
Should unforeseen circumstances occur which compromise your stay, our cancellation terms are:

• Within four weeks of your holiday date, no refund is permissible.
• Prior to four weeks of your letting, the deposit will be retained.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

• For your safety and comfort, our properties are Non-Smoking throughout
• We accept pets, by arrangement and £100 additional deposit returned at end of let by BACS.
• Towels, tea towels, and all bed linen is supplied
• A weekly clean is included
• Baby facilities - Cot, High Chair by advance arrangement only
• Please note, we cannot accept visitors in excess of the number stated for the property, with the possible exception of infants in carry cots.

Force Majeure
We cannot accept responsibility or pay compensation where the performance or prompt performance on our contract with you is prevented or affected by any reason of circumstances, which amount to Force Majeure.
Circumstances amounting to Force Majeure include any event which, we could not, even with all due care, foresee or avoid.
